In today's Inspection: The stinky bathroom smelling attic of doom! During the attic portion of the inspection, I observed that famous duct tape was used to hold the white bathroom fan exhaust vent pipe to another pipe. Problem is, all that moist bathroom exhaust air should be discharging outside where it belongs. Instead it is smelling up the attic and depositing moisture onto the nearby wood structure promoting rot. This can seriously weaken the roof if left unchecked for too long!
