About Us

Innergy Corporate Yoga offers Corporate Yoga classes and workshops to Calgary area businesses and Private Yoga sessions to individuals in their home. We help employees to reduce stress while helping businesses improve productivity. 

We also offer a Yoga Teacher program, where we work with yoga teachers who want to have a successful base of Corporate and Private clients and be their own boss, all while being supported by a national company with a proven track record of success.
